Snaply is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help users create optimized product listings for Amazon based on product photos. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly and transparently.

Snaply does not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided by the user (e.g., email for support or feedback).
We may collect:
Photos you upload to generate Amazon listings. These are processed locally or via secure cloud APIs and not stored or reused after the listing is generated.
Analytics data, such as app usage (e.g. number of photos uploaded), crash logs, and basic device data (model, OS version). This data is anonymized and used only to improve app performance.
In-app purchase information, such as whether you upgraded to Snaply Pro, managed securely via Apple’s App Store.

Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit – for managing payments and subscriptions.
OpenAI API – to analyze images and generate listing content. Only the image you submit is used for this purpose and is not stored.

All image processing and user activity are protected via secure connections (HTTPS). We do not store your photos after processing. Your data stays private and under your control.
