Welcome to Snaply (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Snaply, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Snaply uses AI to generate Amazon product listings—including title, bullet points, description, and backend search terms—based on one or more product photos you provide.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Account Creation: You must sign in with your Apple ID to access subscription features.
  
  

• Free Trial: New users receive three free listing generations; thereafter, your subscription plan (monthly or yearly) will automatically renew.
  
  

• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Service—including the “Snaply” name and logo—are owned by SECOIA X LLC or its licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Permitted Uses:

• Generating product listings for your Amazon Seller Central account.
  
  

• Sharing generated listings within your organization.
  
  

Prohibited Uses:

• Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the Service.
  
  

• Using the Service for unlawful activities or infringing third-party rights.
  
  

• Automating requests or scraping data from the Service.
  
  

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all images and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

8. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Service: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
  
  

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SECOIA X LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
  
  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SECOIA X LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised Terms here and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
